4. Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations are subject to availability and our standard reservation policies. You may cancel a reservation with no penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement.

5. Gaming

Gaming is conducted in accordance with applicable Oregon gaming laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any game at any time without notice.

6. Promotions and Offers
